Return Policy

For so many people fly fishing is a source of fun and enjoyment. We have no desire to change that, so we offer a very simple 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason send it back and we will refund the full price you paid for that item. If you are outside the 30 days we might be able to work with you if and only if the item is unopened, new condition. Exceptions below!

Rods
Must be returned in new condition within 30 days. This means, it is fine to try it on the lawn, but not in the river.

For defective items outside of the return policy please contact us, we can get you in touch with the manufacturer or handle it ourselves if need be.

Shipping

We take extra care to insure that your order will arrive in the same condition that it left us in for any and all order costs. We make sure there is tracking on all packages. If you have any problems with how your order arrives please contact us as we will do our best to make it right.

Our shipping rates are flat rate. The cost is reflective of service we provide as favor to our customers, not a profit center.

We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders go out First Class, however with larger items we will ship Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Books will go out Media Mail. We find most items arrive within 2 – 3 days of shipping, but depending on a variety of factors it may take longer. We will supply you with a tracking number to give you an idea of when to expect it. If you need something with extreme haste, please feel free to call before ordering to set it up.

International orders are also shipped with the USPS.

 

Payment

Credit cards taken through our online checkout are encrypted at all times for safety. We are happy to take phone orders or payment via credit card as well. We do not accept checks or money orders.
